CamSur Geothermal Project INVESTOR MEETING 14-15 May, 2013 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM 1st Floor, PNOC Bldg. 5, Energy Center, Rizal Drive Bonifacio Global City, Taguig

  1. INTRODUCTION PNOC Renewables Corporation (PNOC RC), a wholly-owned subsidiary of state-owned Philippine National Oil Company (PNOC), is the government’s corporate vehicle in the promotion and development of new and renewable energy sources in the country.

The company had been involved in rural solar electrification projects mostly in Mindanao, and presently, it holds geothermal and hydropower service contracts in Luzon and Visayas. In particular, PNOC RC was awarded with a geothermal RE service contract in Camarines Sur on 19 February 2010 and has begun exploration work in the area. The CamSur project has been featured in the recently concluded Investor Forum last 11 April 2013.

Participant feedback has led us to organize a separate series of meetings to interface with companies who have signified their interest in the project but were unable to attend the Investor Forum.

  1. PURPOSE OF THE MEETING PNOC RC shall engage investors from the private sector for the exploration and/or development of the Camarines Sur (CamSur) Geothermal Project. This Investor Meeting shall serve as a venue for the orientation and discussion of plans between PNOC RC and potential investors/partners. Information gathered during this meeting shall allow PNOC RC to make informed and appropriate decisions regarding the implementation of the CamSur project.
  2. INQUIRIES & PARTICIPATION Registration is required. Walk-in parties will not be entertained. Interested participants may confirm their attendance by completing the online registration form (click here). Each participant or company shall be given one (1) hour to discuss queries and plans with PNOC RC representatives. As such, scheduling will be on a “first come, first served” basis, thus early registrants will have a greater chance of securing their preferred date and time. SCHEDULE AND VENUE The meetings will be held on 14-15 May 2013 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Philippine Standard Time) at the 1st Floor of PNOC Bldg. 5, Energy Center, Rizal Drive, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City. The final assigned date and time for each company/participant shall be emailed by 10 May 2013.
