The Siaton and Okoy projects were bundled into one consultancy contract for the conduct of feasibility study and this was awarded to Engineering & Development Corporation of the Philippines (EDCOP).  PNOC RC together with EDCOP conducted socio-economic survey and information/education campaign with the local government units.  EDCOP completed the initial water flow measurement and presented the peaking and non-peaking design scheme for both Siaton and Okoy.  PNOC RC and EDCOP are currently undertaking preliminary activities, like IEC, in line with the preparation for Environment Impact Assessments of the project.
